Okay, so everyone who’s well versed in their paleobiology has come to the agreement that a bunch of dinosaurs, and particularly raptorids, had feathers. Being aware of this fact, I wondered if anyone has ever tried to rectify Dinobot’s design to better corroborate with this,
I tried giving him a cloak of feathers/wings to make use of those features in a manner that suited him, and I was wondering if there was any way to draw out his design to something like a ronin in kind of lackluster, mismatched samurai armor, but it’s a little beyond me in terms of concept development, and ol’ Chopperface’s mug already looks a lot like a samurai war mask, so I suppose the suggestion of the concept is enough. Maybe a more talented soul than I can work with the idea better.
In the meantime, I simply refuse to give up drawing even though it  frustrates me. I take too much joy out of the possibilities of visualizing mental game exercises like this, and I don’t care if they find me comatose of sleep deprivation, hunched over my Intuos
I refuse to be stopped

Wow, I’ve been slacking lately. I’m out of practice.
Tomorrow I’ll do some training sketches.

I know I talk a lot of hype about Drift but really
a Perceptor is fine too
I would do both, really

Everyone’s favorite kawaii moe bot.
I should draw him more, if only for the practice of rendering facial expressions on characters that don’t have major facial features.

It’s that weird Biomech weapon thing again, looking a little too much like a Gunswordsman from Brigadoon
