Am I just THAT old and cranky?

Or am I not the only one who hopes the fad of “action shaky camera” technique fades out really soon, especially in animated media?

I’d really prefer to see shit clearly as it happens than an imaginary implied cameraman freaking out while recording, in order to inject an artificial sense of urgency.

If the katana is coming right for the dude’s face, I already know that shit is dire, I don’t need a cinematographic seizure adding on to the fact.
